chore: 全仓约束 exe 不入库——.gitignore 全局挡 *.exe，历史 39 个 exe blob 已用 git filter-repo 清除(仓库 1.1 GiB -> ~1 MB)；各文档发布约定同步；agent.md 哈希引用按重写后映射更新
